The “Camel Chat Blog” was devel­oped for fac­ulty mem­bers to fol­low cur­rent research and teach­ing best prac­tices.  The blog is updated reg­u­larly and dis­cusses rel­e­vant teach­ing and tech­nol­ogy top­ics.  The “Tech News Blog” is a col­lec­tion of sev­eral blogs focused on tech­nol­ogy in higher edu­ca­tion.  The orga­ni­za­tion blogs include:  EDUCAUSE, The Chron­i­cle of Higher Edu­ca­tion, Fac­ulty Focus, and Atomic Learn­ing.  The three most recent blog post titles are listed and avail­able.

The Chron­i­cle of Higher Edu­ca­tion has a pod­cast series avail­able enti­tled: “Re:  Learn­ing”.  This pod­cast pro­vides sto­ries and analy­sis about edu­ca­tional trends by lead­ers in higher edu­ca­tion and tech­nol­ogy.

What is a pod­cast?  Accord­ing to Oxford Dic­tio­nary a pod­cast is a “dig­i­tal audio file made avail­able on the Inter­net for down­load­ing to a com­puter or mobile device, typ­i­cally avail­able as a series, new install­ments of which can be received by sub­scribers auto­mat­i­cally.”
