  • Assist Camp­bell fac­ulty with the inte­gra­tion of tech­nol­ogy into inno­v­a­tive course cur­ric­ula.
  • Pro­mote the use of appro­pri­ate tech­nol­ogy in tra­di­tional, hybrid, and online courses.

Lunch & Learn–This train­ing ini­tia­tive is offered through­out the aca­d­e­mic school year.  “Lunch & Learn” pre­sen­ta­tion top­ics vary depend­ing on the need and requests.  Recent pre­sen­ta­tions have been recorded and avail­able for view­ing.

Webi­nars- Recorded webi­nars are avail­able for asyn­chro­nous pro­fes­sional devel­op­ment.  Aca­d­e­mic Com­put­ing will make these webi­nars avail­able reg­u­larly.  Also, Black­board and Inside Higher Ed pro­vides fac­ulty and staff the oppor­tu­nity to view their recorded webi­nars.  Tech­nol­ogy and teach­ing webi­nars are cur­rently avail­able for view­ing.

Tech Tools- Camp­bell is for­tu­nate to have access to sev­eral teach­ing and learn­ing tools.  The major­ity of these tools are online.  The tech tools page pro­vides an overview of some of the use­ful resources avail­able to engage and retain stu­dents.

Tech Tips– The “Tech Tips” series is an oppor­tu­nity for quick train­ing (under ten min­utes per video) to assist fac­ulty and staff with under­stand­ing the numer­ous avail­able tech­nol­ogy tool options.  The series is recorded in Tegrity or Adobe Cap­ti­vate and uploaded to Youtube.

Drop In Hours–  Indi­vid­ual fac­ulty and/or staff mem­bers can visit Kivett 209 dur­ing Aca­d­e­mic Computing’s drop in hours for help with instruc­tional tech­nolo­gies.  Tues­days: 9:30–11:30; Wednes­days: 2:30–4:30; Thurs­days: 2:30–4:30.
